Return Policy

Due to nature of this product all sales are final there are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES for BODY JEWELRY

Venus Liza is not responsible for replacement of jewelry damaged by misuse, improper care, or for jewelry ordered in the wrong size, style or material for your piercing. We do not replace jewelry stripped or cracked by over-tightening. Damaged Acrylic balls from alcohol cleaning will not be replaced. Also, threaded balls on all jewelry should be checked often to make sure they have not come loose.

Return Procedure

An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is mandatory for all returned merchandise. If you receive a Defective item due to a Manufacturer Defect it must be returned in ORIGINAL SEALED PACKAGING with an RMA number provided from Venus Liza.

Notification must be made within 7 days of order receipt via email at venus@venusliza.com or by phone at 407-780-6249. Please provide your ORDER NUMBER and the ITEM NUMBER of the jewelry piece in question when contacting.

Please be aware that no credits or refunds will be issued, rather the item will be replaced with a new one unless inventory does not permit.

Under no circumstances will returns be accepted without prior authorization or after the five day period.

PACKAGING and RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Send your return package back to Venus Liza via the Post Office, UPS or other service. We are not responsible for non receipt of returned merchandise. Include name, Order number and Item number(s) of enclosed merchandise. Utilize the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. Please use a padded envelope or box if original shipping materials are not reusable. Items received damaged, unsealed or not in new condition will not be honored.

Items must be returned in original sealed packaging and in new condition within 30 days with prior authorization provided within one week of order receipt (RMA-see above).
